1.) Do you have any experience with tournaments before? (If so, please give us a link to the thread, if one was made.)

I have organized a few clan wars before, none on official threads yet. But I am currently trying to set some up on my clan tournament thread

2.) Are you active member of the Pawn Community, on the game and the forums?

I've been playing pawn since right after beta ended, I played steady for about 2 months. I don't get much time for playing now, But I go on the forums everyday.

4.) Would you be willing to help advertise the tournaments sponsored in forums?

Yes I would

5.) Why do you wish to join the Tournament Directors?

Mainly because I am Battle Manager for Malicious Mavericks, So I'm setting up wars/tournament anyway and I would like to do it officially.

6.) Did you notice there wasn't a #3?

The only reason I noticed that 3 was missing is because I read a few other applications before doing these questions.

7.) What time zone do you live in? (If you don't know, just tell us the state you live in.)

I live in Atlantic Canada so I'm on the Atlantic time zone.

8.) How old are you? (Don't lie.)

I just turned 16 on February 5th.

9.) Do you understand what your duty as a Tournament Director entails?

Being organized and setting up wars/tournaments efficiently.

10.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time?

Indeed I do, Kind of common sense.
