Pawn Game

whenever i go to get on pawn in my school it says connecting then like 3 seconds later it says "Server Down"........when i get home it will load up easily......i dunno what the deal with all of it is cause it says servers down when its not,So can someone please tell me what i need to do to get it to say connected and let me on my account.
