1.how do i put a pic over my avatar?

2.how do a put a picture in my sig also?

3.how do i get a sig

1. What do you mean? Get an avatar?
To get an avatar, you find a picture, and you go to user cp. Then click on edit avatar, then go down and put in the url, or open it if you saved it.

2 how do i get a picture?
same thing as for avatar.

3. how do i make a sig?
find a picture(google it) and save the picture or the url, and then go to user cp, then to edit signiture, then put in the url or open the picture you saved.
