Ummm...sucks...But....dont dont be discouraged.It's your first, its fine to suck, in fact if you dont suck, you are wierd. So you are normal. The body should have a reaction to the blowback of the gun, but...it needs to be smoother. Work on EASING!

oddly enough, i like the gunshot >__> the effect of it is nice. as 300 said, all first pivots suck. so just keep pivoting and you'll get better on your own. at this stage (the first few weeks of pivoting) nobody can really help you. all you can do is learn by your own. once you get to med to high beginner, then you can learn from others. just keep pivoting >__>
