Well...One of the most basic strategies for shotguns is peeking.
Basically, get behind a box, supposing your opponent is on the other side of it, and crouch behind the box and keep jumping and shooting when you're airborne. -------Y2------- O____[ ]Y1Y3_______ Key: Y1=Position 1-Hide behind box Y2=Position 2-Jump onto box Y3=Position 3-Quickly get back into Position 1 O=Opponent --=Air []=Box __=Ground
