I, don't think you can , i know in facebook and myspace you can , i don't think in freewebs because it is not really a profile like myspace or facebook it is a website.You can't block people out of things like freewebs and piczo

The moving sig are .Gif files serach gifs on the net and tons should come up, try Bestanimations.com
