Looks ok. Too many refills. And whats the point of the refill in the spawn? There is no way for blue to get there...

Make blue be able to get into red spawns but don't make it so it's uber spawn camping.
Bit too many refills. -Limit to 3-4
Too much stair gameplay. - Don't put 3 tiles in succession like stairs.
Tight in some areas. -No comment.

You focused too much on looks and their isn't much gameplay.
Work on the gameplay and it'll be a better map.

Top to bottom:

Blue: Tight with a good camping spot, for blue.

Pink: Possible glitch. Where you jump an shoot to kill. I don't really know though.

Yellow: Point less ladder since you can't make that one jump.

Light Green: Would be nice if it was useful.

Light blue: I'd like to see more of that. Especially if your going to do it once like that.

Red: Kinda flat there.

Not that bad of a map though.

Very nice map, I think all of Ure's suggestions should be implemented though to finalize the map, other than that jump shoot glitch one, if it isn't actually a glitch. The gameplay looks like it would be fun and tactical.
