Camstudio isn't in My Documents. Although, I did send one video to it, and that's in there. Should I right click on it and then go over Send to --> and then click on Desktop (created shortcut) ? Anything underlined is a file/folder/whatever else you'd call it.

Nonono, wherever your file is saved, well, first minimize everything else except wherever it is saved, DRAG the file from the place to your SCREENdesktop (where you open like IE or MF or GC, whatever you have) and then try uploading.
