There is a glitch in Pawn where you it says you joined as red team, but you spawn as blue. Thus, you see yourself as being on red team, but everyone else sees you as blue. You can kill blue team, but red team can kill you. It's a very confusing glitch but if you see it enough and don't freak out like an immature 5 year old, you can just ignore it.
