How do I get a picture for my signiture?

ok dont think im a noob but i just cant figure out how to get a picture on my signiture I went to tiniclip or w/e it is but when I came back here and uploaded the picture i still didnt get it on my signiture....what am I doing wrong?

user cp (top left)> edit signature (along the left side midway down)

its tinypic.com there is a limit on how big you can have.
