View Full Version : how do i install speakers?

well i have had my speakers for a month but they dont work?
i have a volume control (i thought that was the problem)
my speakers are logitech.... ill go find the manual...

i plug them in but
i cant install them though :[

halp me!

Um laptops there is a hole on the side somwhere.

Desktops they usally at the back of the screen of where you cd goes.

Install also means put together lol

What kind of driver/sound card do you have. My speakers work fine. It could either be that or it may be because you haven't detected a new device that's been plugged in.

Go find a pair of Headphones, plug them in, does anything show up on the tool bar

i'm not sure on this one, cause the same thing happend to me when i tried going on Realtek's website, my laptop came with Realtek HD audio manager, but uhh hmm i just has a stroke of genious, plug in head phones (play music) and run a Hijackthis log and post THE FULL LOG (if your running vista, run it as an administrator) cause like on mine, it shows up the .exe file for mine (the Realtek .exe)

also: what kinda computer do you have?

Try again. It did the same thing to me and i repeated the process and it worked.

i have 2 im putting it in the green one in the back

Try again. It did the same thing to me and i repeated the process and it worked.

i did it like 6 times but it kept going back to the same page over and over again D:
