Only the MMT are allowed to host MOTWs, because it an MMT program the MMT came up with.

Not only that, but the MMT have to be allowed to host the MOTWs. It's more organized than you think, it's just behind the scenes in our own forums.

If I get accepted to MMT'S in my App,then these thread is real,and I am supposed to get Pm's of submissions.
But if not,whatever just host it yourself it and screwed.

Even if you get accepted into MMT then you still have to get accepted into the list of Motw hosters, which is temporarily closed.
