Was just playing CoD5 online and I came up with the idea of making a thread where we could put our "epic" gamer stories in.

Could be about any game. As long as it's entertaining. Nothing sexual or immature pl0x.

My "Epic" Story

I was playing Call of Duty: World at War online and I was playing Team Deathmatch. I was playing in Seelow map with my sniper class, Mosin Nagant (no attachments). I was on the Russian side and we were winning. I had the "Stopping Power" perk to make sure I got a one-shot-one-kill. I climbed up a water tower with my Mosin Nagant and took at down under a bridge. A guy popped up about 500 feet away and I aimed down the sights. He was sprinting across the opening and I had hard time aiming. I fired a shot and, BAM. I got a headshot, completed Rifle Expert, won the game, and left the game proud. In my mind, I was saying to myself, "And that's how sniping's done!"

I was playing Halo 3, sandtrap ctf. We were losing 2 to 1. (You win with 3 flag captures) And the timer was like 1 minute. So we rushed the enemy elephant the flag was on. (Name of vehicle is elephant) I got the flag and scored. The timer was like 30 seconds and we took the enemy elephant and drove it to our flag place and one my teamates scored it at the last second. I mean literaly, it was at one second. And we won.

Epic comeback. <.<

And in CoD4 I got a 25 kills streak on wet work by sniping/airstrike/helicopter

Hmmm. I'll say a recent one.

Both of these things happened in the same game.

So I was playing CoD5. It was Team Deathmatch in the map Upheaval. I was sniping in this one house. So I'm sniping, no one is killing me, I'm just sniping everyone I see. Then I see these 2 guys trying to snipe either me or people near my house. So I shoot one right in the head and the bullet goes right through his head and hits the guy behind him in the head as well. One shot, two headshots. That's the first may I say epic moment (don't know what else to call it). Ok so then I keep killing, still haven't been killed and I am at a 12 kill streak about. So I am all out of bouncing betty's and have no way of blocking people from coming up the stairs (the only way to get to were I am sniping at). As I am sniping at the other side of the floor I all of a sudden hear someone. I turn around and there is a guy about to shoot me and I immediately just shoot my sniper at him and bam, I killed him. Whiplash no scope. Then at about 14 kills, still no deaths, I suddenly get hit by a grenade. I went right back in to that building, didn't die again, and ended the game 27-1.

I was playin css and tk'd about half my team with a nade.

Picked up a famas and took out 5 terrorists and won the round.

I got slapped to death next round though :(

the rest of my team quit before it started..or lagged out..

i got a triple kill with a sticky then a sniper...


then i got owned and just hid for the rest of the game...

i went up the stairs onto the second story(the building with a basement and a heavy machine gun)

i was sniping with a .50 cal...

well..i scoped in... to the other side of the map...i thought i saw some1..but didnt..

and i was holding my breath so i just shot randomly at the wall...and got a head shot

i saw a guy go into the building(with the chimney and where u can go on top of the roof)

well..i was in the place where u spawn..the building where its like half blown off..and it has white walls...

i saw a guy go in to that building i was talking about earlier...

i shot randomly at the building(the roof/top) near the chimney.

i got a hs...i bet tht guy was like OMG TOTAL HAX!

Picked up a famas and took out 5 terrorists and won the round.

anyhoo, playing team fortress 2 and i was sniper, demoman about to do a bomb jump, i shot him which lowered his health, he jumped over the bomb and exploded with his corpse flying over my head.

pretty much blew himself up. Its funnier if you've played tf2

My 2 favourites...

Once on Cod5, I was playing Search and Destroy on Seelow. The round started, I used my Mosin-Nagant with a Scope. I aimed through a window at the opposite end. I saw one person runningtowards it and I didn't have time to be accurate. I took a random shot when the crosshairs were near him and I got 2 headshots because there was presumably a guy behind him.

The other one is also on Cod5. I was playing Zombies. It was Round 17. I'd just respawned after dying when we had someone in the glitch. I ran to the box that gives you random weapons for 950 points. It gave me the PTRS-41 (Sniper Rifle) and I turned round to see 3 zombies climbing through the windows. I ran up to them and using my no-Scoping technique of half-scoping, I killed all 3 of them with 1 round and then a zombie came in from the other room and killed me D:

I was playing halo 3 team slayer, halfway into the match a guy leaves with his WHOLE team because we were losing like 30-24, so I started owning with a BR and was ahead of a Gunnery-Sergeant grade 2(Lieutenant grade 2 in Social Slayer) by 4 points ALL ON MY OWN against 5 people(lulz) for mvp. So they start camping and I start grenade spamming and started racking up double kills, and I was Mvp by 7. I tried no scoping and after awhile got mvp by 8, then at the end started owning, and the final score I had 29 points, the other guy had 20, and the game stats are below. 24 beatdowns and 3 assassinations, 4 double kills XD

Oh yeah, I just got the game on xmas, so if I'm nooby by MLG standards sue me.

Once I was play COD5 and we had a head set and everything.(ps3) Anyway so I'm owning on some noobs, and outa no where I blow up and die. So I am liek wtf? But then I look at the death thing, and BAM it was my teammate? So like for the rest of the game me and him are just going at it. That was pretty crazy :D

A CoD5 noob story..

We were playing Courtyard and I had an M1 Garand with a flash hider. I was on the Marine Raiders' side and I went all the way to my right. I just sat there and camped and I got a 24 kill streak. Halfway through, I had to use the enemy's MP40 when I ran out of ammo. I only died once but I ended up getting 26-1 at the end of the round. All the dudes with the mics were yelling at me saying,"God armydude, nothing but camp!"

Rofl. They got PO'ed.

A CoD5 noob story..

It's always the Americans and the French that get p/o when you camp or use Rifle Grenades.

I was playing Search and Destroy on Dome and I got a Recon Plane with one Rifle Grenade in the first round.

Ended up 12 - 3. Got a few Second Chance kills with the .357 Magnum as well :D

i shot this annoying team attacker in css by accident because he ran in from of me.

He was holding a grenade at the time and killed 3 teammates including me and got instantly banned from the server.

Once, I was playing Metroid 2, and I was on the last boss. I had almost killed her, but then she ate me, and I figured I was doomed. I was randomly pressing buttons, and I somehow used the Morph Ball bomb and killed her. I didn't know you could do that till then.

Yeah TF2 has more funny moments, I lol when I walk out of spawn, see a crit rocket come to me, I step away, and this poor guy just walks out and blows him up.

Then 15 seconds to respawn.

I lol every time.
That's kinda like the rocket turrets on warthogs in Halo, there slow as hell so I'll yell into my mike to a teammate with a gun I like to stand behind me while we advance, and I'll jump at the right time, my teammate would get blown to hell and I'd get my favorite gun.

Something that I did this morning.

I was playing Search and Destroy on Courtyard and I was Defending. I ran past the opening on the left and went to go round the back. I had 'Bomb Squad' on so I could see any Bouncing Betties or Satchel Charges and just as I ran round the corner, a marker flashed up and then disappeared again. Turns out, someone was putting a betty down and it leapt back up at them and blew them up.

In CoD5, we were playing Team Deathmatch in a map called Out-something. We were tied 740 - 740 and only needed one more kill to win the game. It was against a bunch of level 40's-50's vs. 20's-60's. I ran across an open field in front of the church tower (pretty stupid of me) and got shot by a sniper. Fortunately, I had Second Chance on and I was behind a brick wall. I took out my Russian pistol and kept firing at the tower since I did have 56 bullets. I had one more shot until I had to reload, and before I think I was going to die. The guy turned up, I aimed, I shot, and suddenly. BAM. Headshot! We win the game, I get Pistol Expert I, ranked, and the Down But Not Out challenge done.

We were playing CoD4 on Downpour, and most of my teammates were low ranking (level 2's-4's) so all of them had an M16 with a grenade launcher on them. I decided to join in to since I was already level 44. We all switched to our "noob tubes", charged to the front, and totally wasted the whole team. Best part was, the other team had like level 40's-50's. We won, 750 - 150.

i rush the swords room instantly, my entire team leaves right away
i grab the sword in there jst as 4 enemies ran inside
i chop em all down
they come back carrying 2 turrets
i chuck a nade and kill 2 of em and sword the rest
they attacked again
i chucked nades through the slits at the top of the walls and killed one and the rest rushed me at once, wherein i get stickied, run at em and kill the rest when i die too
i run back, grab a sword and basically slaughter them some moar till i win the game by myself
the other team was spazzing out
HOLY SH*T What the hell was that?
WHered you get your hacks? etc. my rating from other people went down by a star afterwards too lul, newbs probably were complaining about how awesome i was

I was playing COD4, and I was hunkered down behind friendly lines, waiting for enemies to pass me by so I could shoot them in the back. I was using a shotgun, and had the martyrdom and juggernaut perks on because I'm leet.
One of them ran by me, and I was like OMG I'M GONNA SHOOT YOU IN THE BACK I GOT SKILLZ, but then I was like wait, I could make this more fun!
So I ran behind him for a while, watching him kill my teammates the whole time. I was waiting for a chance to make some really humiliating kill.
Eventually, I decided to spray all my bullets at him. At this point I was at point blank range. I had my reticule on his back. I fired all my bullets. Into the walls around him.
Then he turned around and wuz like LOL I C U and stabbed me.
My martyrdom didn't kill him.
By then I was super pissed so kicked my Xbox with my right foot until it was bloody. I went to the doctor and he said I can never use my right foot again. So he cut it off.

It was worth it though, I TOTALLY PWNED THAT NUB.
