Ouch....

That sucks alot.

The Wii doesn't support a wired internet connection as mine is hooked up by router.

The only thing to solve this is to buy a router or a internet cable splitter if one exist...

well ehh all I do is just try to connect to my router then if it shows (wii-user-(wiiname) or something inside the router website you've gotten (or you should know) then just accept the wii permisions on the router site then you can connect to wi-fi? idk that's what I did :P but actually here's how to do it:

Go to the wii go into menu, go to internet settings (you'll eventually find it) put in the router details into it then put the router password then it should connect to you're router (there is no video for this sorry ;o) so yea hope this helps

Mainly:
Just set you're internet settings in the wii menu

I'm not sure about this, but its worth looking into. since your computer has a wired connection through an ethernet cable (this thing)http://i41.tinypic.com/ay0e3t.jpg

you might be able to simply buy a cheap router (not one that receives an internet connection, just one to transmit the signal from your ethernet cable, not a modem) and plug it into the ethernet cable and enjoy cod4.

if you want to do this, circuit city was just bought out and is much better for computer items as opposed to television items, items and such, thats a good place to pick up a cheap router.

i suggest telling the sales representatives at the store that you just need to plug it into an ethernet cable, so your wii can receive the signal.
