AT&T internet better than charter?

Were thinking of switching Because Charter cut's off every 2 seconds for 10 mins at a time.

It's prices also keep rising.

Shaw is a good one, If you live in manitoba I highly recommend MTS because that goes over a hundred miles per hour.

After some intense abuse of http://www.google.com, everything I found said that AT&T was good, or at the very least decent.

Of course, if FIOS is available in your area, I've always heard that it is an omgwtfbeast.
