I've BOTTED on account OVER lvl 126.
Epic OWNED, shows I'm responsible, if people really thought I wasn't responsible they wouldn't let me bot on accounts over lvl 130.
The highest I've been trusted to NOT bot on, do things such as a quest or a skill is lvl 136.
The highest to bot on is 132.
