I came into the chat and BigRick and another Pawn user were cursing back and forth and spamming the Chat. I asked them not to spam or curse for those are both against the rules and would result in a kick if caught. BigRick starting cussing me out, as you can see from the screenie. I reported him and told him to have a nice day.

TheLife were you being sarcastic when you said "Yep, he's really new to pawngame"? He has a decent rank so I wouldn't expect that to be true.

Right, because rank on a flash game means SO much. You can totally pinpoint someone's personality based on his/her rank.

Everyone has their own personal reasons for reporting someone. I don't want someone to be punished merely because he/she cursed. Everyone curses. I don't care if it's against the rules. I speak the way I like, and if I get banned because of that, so be it.
People shouldn't be at each other's throats, looking for ways to ban each other. That's what little shits do. If you're a respectable human being you look out for one another, and that means if you know something is technically against the rules, but in fact it does not cause harm to anyone, you don't go yelling about it.
That said, I can say you're different from me in that you go looking for people to ban and I don't. I inferred the reason you act this way. It was a guess. But whatever the reason, the results are the same: you're a major *******.

Edit: I still don't see how you can assume anything about someone's personality based on his/her rank. Especially on a game like this. A wide variety of people play it. It would make more sense if you assumed I were stuck up if I were a high rank on Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4 or something. Those games have been known to bring out violent behaviors. This is a flash game. Hardly any violence involved compared to console games.
Have you seen how people my rank act? ArabFTW123 for example. He's a good guy. He's the same rank as me.
There are several other people who would be my rank or higher if they hadn't been reset, such as Chickletman and EaEaEa. I would consider those two very successful as human beings.
The point is you can't generalize.
