are people aloud to start their own shop if they would like? i dont want to. but it makes people better. and people that just want a tag for a game site sometimes dont like the moderate or intermediate lvl. not always. but sometimes

Exactly. Not everyone wants a work of art, or had the credits to pay. That's why this service is in essence free. Pawn pays a majority of it, the only thing you pay is your tip. No one on pawn has enough credits to provide this kind of service, so i figured it would be a in house program.

If it doesn't work, well try something else. Its not like its set in stone.
