Wow, I don't even know what to say about that...
Read the map making guide.

When you're new to making maps, you should make symmetrical maps to learn.

Things to improve:
You don't need that many refills. Most maps have 2-4.
Crouches are not good for game play.
Make sure the tiles look good together. Plain old red cans and broken volcano ladders don't go together.
The ladder likes like it's magically floating, broken. Use the right tiles.
If the tiles on the bottom screens are too close to the bottom of the screen on top, then you can jump and switch screens, which causes lag and bad game-play.
Ladders don't need to be so long.
Jumping in order to reach a ladder is bad.
Crouch jumps are one of the worst things maps can have.
Keep the traps out of the game. The top left screen, if you go down, you're screwed unless you leave or get killed.
Two ladders, side by side, ruin the game play. (Right next to each other, you can switch over)
Be more creative. Anyone could make a map exactly like this, because it's how most people are. It's like opening a box full of Lucky Charms, but all you get are the brown, tasteless pieces. We need a variety of marshemellowy candy, not more tasteless food. >.>;

Meh. I'm not going to rate.

-Crouches
-Too Many refils
-Screen Jumping
-Touching ladders
-Un-needed ladders
-Bad Gameplay
-Bad Tileflow
-Bad Spawn Placement
-Bad refil placement
-Trap :O
-Maze Jump (Crouch Jump)
-Make Ladder a bit less long
-Not really a good use of space
-Tight

Trying avoiding this next time. Also as slipknotfr said you should read the map making guide.
