Any mazer can simply V and get through that without breaking the tile on the left.
I like the concept of the map and how you explained everything with it to.. But it doesn't look too good, but the game play might be better.
Mind hosting it now?

Heh, I know, but I suck at mazing, so I made a way to made the jump easier... just takes a bit of time to wear down the tile's HP! What can I do to make it look nicer, etc.?
I'll host it later when it's convenient; like when I'm not eating pizza. BRB. Hosted a game or two earlier, check if the rooms are still around?

I have replaced the C platform tiles with CF platform tiles, so you can actually hide in some of the boxes without being spotted. I'm going to host the map now and see how it works out.
EDIT: RESULTS: Games are short, sometimes there's camping. After playing the map a few times, I updated it a little:

-Too Many Boxes
-Most Ladders are too long
-Too Many Refils
-Bad spots for refils
-Sorta Ugly map (No Offense)
-Camping
Try watching out for those next time. And good explination.

Questions to the knowledgeable map making community:
-How many foreground boxes is "too much"?
-How long is "too long" for a ladder?
-Why is having long ladders a bad thing?
-What is a good place to put refills?
-What can I do to make my map look prettier?
