Concern about RS Trading

I think Pawn should be strictly have a rule of account advertising. We already have a rule for Black Gang Mafia [Click] (http://www.pawngame.com/forum/showthread.php?t=72746). Shouldn't we have the same thing?

It will be their stupid faults if they get scammed for not using a middle man.
