I cant make a chat room! how?

i cannot make a chat room and i am very angry.... i hate when people booot me out for no reason so i want to make a chat room and possibly start a clan on it... so please reply on telling me how and thanks for reading!!!!!!!!!!

When you are in the chat type in /createroom (name of room) (pass;optional)

Ex. /Createroom chickletroom
