Well, #2 for reasons I've stated, but #1 should be fine. The rules don't say you cannot change the blocks to a different one, you simply cannot move it.

I'm very unsure about #7. System Ladderless...you'll probably grab the Fireman instead of grabbing the Hiii.

ive just did a quick test on ladderless hii ,with simplier set up:
grab bl : grab fm = 25 : 5


same set up:
grab bl : grab fm = 1 : 1 :p
