uumm...i hadent played for 4-5 days cuz we had a major ice storm and the power went out. When i logged off i was a silver double bar, when i logged on 2day, i was a binkie thing (newb player) and no stats,(typed in /stats but it said could not be found)....do i have 2 make another account????

you have most likely benn reset.
for some odd reason.
maybe you were playing while the stats server was down, when you play, and you log on it says "player stat tracking is down" dont play, you should log off and refresh, and then play. unless it says "player stats...." you shouldt play at all... it sometimes resets your score, if you gain or lose points..

im not sure, you should just play and get 1000 points, its not that hard, if you get to 1000+ and you havent ranked yet... then you should make a new account and/or talk to a mod ingame.

NO. aww. Well its official you have been reset. Same thing happened to me. Dude you should have asked a mod. Im shure it said something like Player Stat Tracking Is Down right? And you saw yourself as a noob player. But no one else did. only for your cpu. But if you get even 1 kill or death then that is your new rank. Yep, happened to me, I was a orange almost silver ribbon.
