yes he did hack, but its not that hard to change your IP an play, which i know he does.

No no no, it was a Permi ban but not an IP bann. Blank101, wont let the Mods do a IP bann, I dont know why but he wont let em for some strange reason...

thats not true


all he would have to do use make a new account with a new email made on someone elses computer


and most hackers know how to hide their IP adresss

or he can just get a freinds account

The IP bans had some 'problems' with them.

and most hackers know how to hide their IP adresss

I don't think you can use a proxy and run pawn through it, but there might be other ways. <.<
