As you heard, there was a boxing match between Oscar De La Hoya and Manny Pacquiao. Many people I've heard from said that De La Hoya just stood there letting hemself get punched leading many to believe that the fight was fixed. Do you think it was fixed?

It wasn't fixed, he just got beat down.

Like Freddy Roach said, it would be about speed, and De La Hoya is not the same boxer he used to be. Hopefully he realizes this, and retires for good. The last thing we need is De La Hoya entering a ring again. It would only taint his reputation more.

There comes a time when a boxer has taken a few too many knocks to the head. Cognitive ability and coordination isn't what it used to be...

Hoya has the power but Paq had the speed all in the match. Oscar just sucked thats all and Manny beat him down hard

i know that whole match he was mostly standing there and taking the punches. i cant remember what round it was but i was suprised when De La Hoya just stood there and threw the whole round he only threw like 3 punches. but Hoya is like 30 something? kinda old for a boxer no?
