i have had that happen to me in a game like 10 minutes ago.
i don't know what really causes it, but it may be the update or some lag source in teh game.

on our game the score stopped at 199 even though we killed 200, And we had aor K/c reset to zero but the guns we wre using were sitll there and shootable. The blue team was just corpses flying around and randomly dissapeareing and reappearing. And then we all had no arms.
