How to make my avi animated?

Look at my avi now. It was supposed to be animated.
Can someone give tips on how to make it move?

did you save pit as a GIF file insted of animatedGIF? ill

If the Avi is over 100 x 100 pixels or 80 KB then it will be resized and lose all animated properties...
