The game is called linerider. pretty much you just draw lines and a little guy on a sled rides them and falls off eventually if your lines are drawn poorly. pretty fun though!

A guy I know, you may know him on these forums as deathbystick, makes insanely good linerider creations. I was never that great at it, but youtube has some really interesting ones.
