Yes , I'm a very active person on game . Not really at forum , but i will .
2.) Do you actively post in the Map Making forum?
Yes , I do.
I always view all the thread at Map Making Forum , but I don't give advise much .
3.) If part of your job is asked to be kept secret, can you be trusted to do so?
Yes , you can trust me to keep a secret .

I'm 15 .
6.) Do you understand what your duty as a member of the Map Making Team entails?
Yes , make maps , rate maps , give advise to map makers .
7.) Why are you interested in becoming a member of the Map Making Team?
The word of Map Making Team and the colour .
Making map , veiw good map and join MOTW :D
8.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time? (Have to scare the noobs away. :] )
Yes , I will not break any rules .

I've made more than 15 maps .

No , I will try my best to get my map in server :D
