This is kind of like how the wrestling thing goes. First we'll have a tournament. This is a one-verse-one tournament. It'll start out with a season, then Play-Offs. You will play seven games in the Season. First, we need 16 players, which is where you come in. After the tournament, the winner is declared the Champion of one-on-one. Then people will get chances to challenge him/her to be the Champ. If you beat the champ, you become the champ. You must play at least two championship matches a week or you are stripped of the title.

It's a simple one. Not your real name. I get final say if you're in or not.

·No noob weapons (UMP,P90, or Shotgun).
·Take a screenie of the match for it to count.
·No refilling during battle. You may refill after you kill your opponent.
·All matches must be Lights Out. No other map.
·No leaving a game when you're still alive.
·You have two minutes to join the game again if you quitted it, or else you lose.
·Must complete one match in a span of five days.
·All matches must be up to 30 Kills.
·Game starts at zero K/C.
·Don't need a ref, but if they want in, you have to let them in. You cannot kill them.
·Rules may be added if there is a loophole.
If you break any of these rules, it counts as an automatic loss.

Your entrance requirements don't make sense. Just because someone's not active on the forums or you've never heard of someone doesn't mean they don't have skill.
The best way to go about doing this is to have a 1v1 with those who want to join the tournament, see if he or she has skill, and if so give him or her a spot.
However that is not practical, so your crappy system will have to do.
