that's not moving.
i think when you resize it, it loses it's moving ability.

make sure you use pivot 3.0 beta (best one)

also use stick figures from www.droidz.org (http://www.pawngame.com/forum/www.droidz.org)

and make it smoother by making it faster and putting more frames per movement

um the stuff like blood from www.droidz.org (http://www.droidz.org) are coo but i dont know how to use it in my thingy? or how to get 3.0? becuse i have pivot 2?

theres various blood packs in the "droidz stick pack" in "stick packs" section. Or you could just browse in the effects section.

best thing to do first is practise and get the speed and smoothness right before you add effects like blood and explosions
