Chat Room Creation

Once upon a time I saw at least three, rather than one, chatrooms in the bottom left corner and obviously someone made them, right?

Well, how does a chat room get made? There's no button or anything, maybe only an admin can do it?

Anyone can make one. All you have to do is /createroom (name) (pass if you want).

BTW: Don't use the "( )"
