must not be able to get fined, since they are sellng them to walmart an walmart is redistributing them

also the films arnt the same for the most part

Well youre half right and half wrong,see the thing is they basically took the same ideas from the disney/dreamwork movies and condensing them,then they add their own crap ideas to mislead you thinking that its a whole new movie and that its 100 percent their idea,you can tell that they were stealing their ideas though,also youre wrong disney is currently suing them,dunno about dreamworks though.
