Hello my name is Saver. I just wanted to make a simple guide on how to make sigs better.

Where to get pictures and renders from

Planet Renders (http://planetrenders.net/forums/index.php?showforum=20)

PlanetReders- They already have the image render. only website where you can find good Halo pictures and all that good stuff

Where to get font from:


DaFont (http://dafont.com)

DaFont- Best place to get cool fonts. You just click on the font you like and hit download. After that you drag the font to the GIMP Folder under fonts


Sites I can upload my sig on:

TinyPic (http://tinypic.com)



TinyPic-It is the best to use. Just make a quick account

Tutorials and C4d's:

Planet Renders (http://planetrenders.net/forums/index.php?showforum=20)

PlanetRenders- Best site to do these. Just type C4ds under search and for Tutorials do the same thing. Take your time and read it

Where to get brushes from:

Deviant Art (http://deviantart.com)

Deviant Art-Best place to get cool brushes. You just click on the brush you like and hit download. After that you drag the brush to the GIMP Folder under brushes

How to make my sig look better:

.png- Makes the image look better

.jpg- Also makes the image look better

Yea so its not a good thing to get pieces from them unless you ask.

you mean brushes and stuff? People post stuff on there, so other people can use it. Take brushes for example.

DevinArt- It is a good place where you can fine good pictures. Better than google

You do make a good point, but people usually just post pictures or renders.

Well renders i do not know of
but mostly pics are pieces that are copyrighted so you got to check if its copyrighted.

I do not like that one. That is just sites he posted. Mine explains stuff and it is more detailed.

Nice guide and effort, but you really put the wrong stuff for everything. Photobucket is better than tinypic. Google is better than planet renders. Sxc.hu is better for 'pictures.'

Deviantart is the best place to get c4d's.

IDK I saw alot of good ones on PlanetRenders. Devinart they are simple, but in PlanetRenders they are advanced.

Planet Renders is the most bullcrap society I've been to, from what I've seen. DeviantART is the best site of graphics I've seen. Watch this:
