ya i need help...

i cant find the smudge tool...


usually it would be with the blur tool...so you would press (CTRL+R)

but..now tht theres 3d in photoshop...it changed to 3d rotating..

and when i go over the blur tool...it just says "Blur Tool"

unlike the dodge tool when it says "Dodge Tool(O)"


so ya...a link would help :)
