help with gap please!

can somebody help me with gap(GIMP animation pack).?
Ive read knux's tut(the part:how to make 3D text tut) and he said:
this requires gap its at the bottom!
Ive download gap and.. I odn't have it..
no script fu>gimp.talk.com...
can anybody help please?

like:GIMP 2.2,GIMP 2(the one I have),GIMP 2.6.1,etc?

winrar thing,then install it,to my GIMP.

You're meant to put GAP in the Scripts folder -_-;

That way, it adds to the Toolbar...
