um.. I'm just asking,how do i add effects to my sig?
cause effects make it very cool,and all i do is add a text and find a picture,
its boring..
and i want people who know what I'm talking about to posts
and with GIMP not photo shop..

Filters > (Sub-Menu) > (Effect)

You can do many things with filters

But you also need to know how to mess around with Layer Modes and Opacity settings...
