I totally ripped this from www.socomscene.sucks.com (http://www.socomscene.net). I give them absolutely no credit, however whoever made them deserve credit. I would not rip this if they knew how to treat their members. :)
So we have no signature tutorials so I combined a lot and put them in a post. Enjoy. (MORE TO COME)

P.S I know you can not read them as they are small. Working on a solution now.

.PSD Packs

What is a .PSD? A "PSD" is a "Photoshop Document" that can be uploaded with photoshop to create sigs. A "PSD" pack is a pack of pre-made signatures that you can put your name on and make the sigs yours! (Technically) Also they are sigs you can "learn" from to make your own! Here is a list by :Hydro Designs:

Blending

(A short tutorial on how to blend a render into a background)

One: First we get our magic wand tool and have our stock layer selected

2: Press the wand around the stock until it is surronded if it had two parts hold Ctrl and select the spots

3: Now right click and select feather make it 15-20px

4: Nnow just press Delete or Ctrl+X and your done

Photo Manipulation

(Simple and easy photo manipulation)
First, we need an image to manipulate, I picked this picture:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v679/kosda2nd/1-1.jpg
Go Filter>Noise>Dust & Scratches… and choose these settings:
Radius: 20 pixels
Threshold: 0 pixels.
This gives some sort of blur to the image, but we need to fade it to keep the image's quality by fading it (Edit>Fade Dust & Scratches…) and choosing blending mode as Overlay.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v679/kosda2nd/2-1.jpg
Add a Channel Mixer layer, and in the Blue Output Channel, set the "Blue" bar to 2%, and press OK.
Change the layer's blending mode to Overlay and the opacity to 50%.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v679/kosda2nd/3-1.jpg
Add a Curves layer, and bend the diagonal line there until it looks like something like this:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v679/kosda2nd/4-1.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v679/kosda2nd/5-1.jpg
Last Stage- merge all layers or flatten them. Duplicate the remaining layer we have and apply on the duplicated layer Filter>Distort>Spherize. Choose 59% Amount and "Normal" Mode.
Also, apply Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur with radius of 3.0 pixels to soften the effect.
Change that layer's Blending Mode to Soft Light.
The final result should it should look like this:

Some friend of mine came over to my house and gave me photoshop 8 for free. He said was friend, so I said "Prove your friendship by doing something great". He says "OK, what can I do that will be great?". I said "OK, give me your photoshop". He says ok and runs home. He comes back within 5 mins and gives me the CD. :D

Hey, I just got Photoshop last night 0.0 Anyways, any chance I can just get some pics showing different operations such as smudging? (couldn't find smudging). If you could, that'd be much appreciated...

Edit: I have Photoshop 7.0 if that changes anything.

Edit to Edit: Nvm, I figured it out. VERY FIRST Photoshop SIGGEH!!!
