Code:
Set Speech = CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice")
Speech.Speak "What you want the computer to say"

1st -Open notepad (Copy and paste th code into notepad)
2nd -Just write whatever your little heart desires where it says "What you want the computer to say".
3rd -Then save as Name.vbs, and there you go.

yea there was another thing like this it was "make your own info box" and you could make your own pop up on your screen, for some reason VBS doesnt work for me

ive seen my uncle use that it sounds like thoses people on the speakers at mcdonals that are like " would you like a side of fries with that :

Save it to desktop as"Name.vbs,", Then close notepad then re-open the file.

You can download a program with like 5 voices.
