For some reason my cookies aren't working right, refreshing the page helps some things, but not everything.
Problems:
Stay logged in after logging out
Stay logged in after closing Internet Explorer(usually doesn't happen)(helped by refreshing each page of the website I can't log out from)
In an email type thing I read things from my other account's inbox if I log in to that one before going through the now long and annoying process of logging out.(not helped by refreshing)
Cannot receive new messages on said email thing without restarting computer (not helped by refreshing)
What's wrong with my cookies?
EDIT: Nevermind, I fixed it myself, someone had checked the "Never" box as opposed to the "Whenever I visit a new page" box on the Temporary Internet and History Files section (Tool> Internet Options > Browsing History)
