Why do they do it? he hates everyone and yet lots of people worship him although he hates his worshipers and also he became evil because he didnt want God to make humans his children so pretty much Saitinists dont think they deserve to be Gods child or do they just want to look evil? whatever I just want some answers but as for me... On topic: Usually a Satanist become a satanist because:

Religious Answer: They have been possessed or influenced by the power of the devil and only God can save them, blaming God for their problems when it's their own fault

or

Atheist Answer: They have given up on themselves and believe that satan (which Atheist don't believe in) will help them through their pains and blame God on their problems (which atheist also dont believe in)

For one, you're wrong about Satanists, you're wrong from the spelling to what they do.

Satanists often do not believe in Satan, they are merely labelled Satanist because people who believe in God call them that.

The few Satanists that do believe in Satan read the Satanic Bible, which teaches that Satan does not hate you, and revolves around the basis of if someone leaves you alone, do not harm them, but if they harm you, its on. Basically its "Due unto other how would have them do unto you." in a different form.

And even when you look at it, Satan is burning in hell because of being jealous of God. Who wouldn't be jealous of someone who is perfect? Not to mention, if God was a leader on earth and 2/3 of his followers wanted to overthrow him down here on earth he'd be overthrown.

Don't be a jerk and insult religions you don't have even the slightest knowledge of. btw, I'm a Christian too.

Well yeah i guess... no matter if you worship Satan or not he still hates you and will kill you. But God loves you and wants you to worship Him. :)

It's religion. Like any other religion there is. Believe what they believe, they are still people. I'm Catholic and some may be buddhist, muslim etc. Satanism is just a relgion who worship the devil (or i may be wrong). I kind of believe it's wrong since i'm Catholic but then again, i can't somehow convince all the satinists out there and say that being satanic is bad.

I believe that some satanists keep it quiet, and others just want the magic stuff about the religion, Look up the Satanic bible on the wikipedia, one of its commandments is to use magic or some bullspit like that.
And there are the others who are the majority of the religion, THE POSERS.
I know lots of people that don't kow squat about the religion.
