i cant join any social groups it says i dont have permisson to ascess the page and i have the standard editor type box it wont let me use the smileys to the right and i cant add color help mme help meeee

you were proboably blocked, or the applications are closed, just wait a week, and try again.

It's probably because of all of your infractions points. If you keep getting more and more, they are convinced that you aren't qualified to join any social groups therefore limiting your privileges.
