but if you mean like editing a cool picture like the graphics people, click -->here<-- (http://www.gimp.org/) to download GIMP and start editing pictures.

Well if your talking about making sigs, you use (means download it) Gimp, free picture editing software, or Photoshop, but its like 400$.

So, download gimp, then google "Gimp sig tutorials", and do as they say, then practice with different things
