I need to know this, because I'm doing a project on how you can play PawnGame on PSP with Flash. I'm also going to test it on PS3. Since they only have Flash 6 or something, and PawnGame runs on the latest version of Flash, I think I could do this hack to allow the PSPs and PS3s to work PawnGame and other games like Habbo, Runescape e.t.c
If PawnGame runs on anything else can I know?

You COULD, or you could throw out that piece of trash(PSP) and get a real handheld console that has games instead of an ipod that looks worse.
But, it is possible, except Runescape. That's Java, and Java will not work.

You want me to go play Klondike on my iPod or some 2d game on my mobile? They all suck. I somehow like the PSP of what I can hack it to.
and RuneScape is still possible. Theres a program that you download to your PSP named PeeJay which powers up java into your PSP until the program is closed.
It can be done. I ported pawn to a DS a couple months ago for a project, but it was time consuming.

how did you do it? I will try it. and i didn't know you can get pawn a psp.
CMD, don't mean to be rude, but i'm a senior comp sci. major and it took me upwards of a week.
you're not being rude. And i guess that was very hard.

You can't type in DS
For PSP you can.
To make the PSP even better get a Targus Universal Keyboard O:

How do I install Flash on PS3? D: It sucks.
i know ghettohood. That's what took me so long. I had to create add-on software that adds portable keyboard capabilities. The keyboard was brought up on the bottom screen. And for anyone that knows about how keyboards work, I had to assign each individual pixel a binary value for the DS to translate into a character based on it's position (ie, what character the pixel in question was located on. Time consuming process.

Well can we at least get a link to flash player 6+ download on the psp?
and tell us if we go to it on the psp or our PC.
and what exactly will it allow you to do that is worth doing without having a mouse, keyboard, keyboard binary code, etc.
can we use XAT on a psp if we update?
any manual "typing" of codes onto the psp?
i wouldnt even THINK about going into a game but using my psp to talk in the chat lobby would be pretty berserk.
25% of the time im on here (PGF) im using my PSP
(25% of the time it works ALL THE TIME XDXD)

While last time it was Web-based game content, downloadable movies, and e-mail support, Kawanishi is now discussing Macromedia Flash and Javascript support for the PSP's web browser. More interestingly, however, is his comments on upcoming USB peripherals, including a mouse, keyboard and GPS unit. << Soon a mouse and keyboard for PSP.
And yes, XAT boxes will work if Flash is updated.
For the others questions.. I'm looking ^^
And for the pawn project, I just need to get the .swf files, or something.. I'll figure it out ;]

I have alots of experience around PSPs as I have a custom firmware PSP (4.01 M33 -2)
The flash you guys installed on your PSP was a "portable" like flash and was Flash 5 I think.
The PSP cannot handle Pawn or anything else you guys are thinking of. If it did, it would barely run. But we did manage to have a N64 emulator and someone is working on NullDC for the PSP that can acutally run (with some graphical problems).
So I don't think so on whatever your idea is.

It could work on a Homebrew (Only for custom firmwares, and I have an unreleased 4.05 TPD). If Blank101 releases PawnGame for Desktop- shortcut, we'll be able to play it on PSP with VNC.
VNC is a homebrew that allows you to access your Computer's desktop via PSP.
And no it won't lag if its on VNC.
Also, a newer version I beleive is going to come out. By then, 5.00CFW will come out. It's all planned. I just have to wait till some stuff get released.
