Noob spamming Pawn Tactics

Some noob is spamming Pawn Tactics and freezing the forums and causing the game to crash. Can a mod go ban him and stop his spamming. It's annoying.

All I am asking is for a mod to go and stop this spammer because he brung the server down with his spamming.

Their is barely any active mods their so I decided to get the attention of a mod here so he could simply stop this chaos.
