I just finished Half Life 2.

(All of it. The first Part, Episode 1, and 2)

The game was too short.

Anybody else agree?

Anybody know if there will be a new one?

To finish it off?

That is one of the most fun games,

EVER.

Is has some of the most unexpected plot twists that make you want to jump into your computer and slap something.

Bottom Line,

get it.

HL2 has by far the best plotline out of any given shooter game ever released on any given console.

It also has the most unique features(The crowbar and physics engine are the most amazing breakthroughs in FPS gaming), the puzzles are top notch(No, not like Halo where you walk around for 10 minutes looking for some switch to open up a different switch), and the gameplay is fun and refreshing, keeping players on their seats looking for enemies that can take you down with even the slightest mistakes.

Man, I love that game, but I hate the ending. And I agree with you CaptainPlanet69, it was WAY too short, even though it was one of the longest game anthologies I've ever played. (SPOILER - Highlight to read)It sucks that Eli died in the end, especially when he was about to give you a bunch of cool information about GMAN(The wierd guy with the briefcase). I hated how they did that, Gman is so mysterious, yet he's everywhere in every Halflife game, if you look close enough.
Ahh well, Maybe when Half-life 2 Episode 3 comes out (and it WILL), we'll know more.

Half life 2 took me forever to beat (Still haven't :P)

I've heard Episode 1 and 2 is only about 6 hours of gameplay though.

But who cares about half life when you have tf2?

Half Life Episode 1 took me about 8 hours, and I went damn fast. Episode 2 took me almost twice as long, so they're a decent length, but too short for the quality.

hl2 had the longest single player campaign out of any shooter ive ever played.all parts where EPIC.i always just play and play over and over again when im bored.and yes,valve are working on hl2episode3 to conlude the story

episode 1 was far too short, so was episode 2, but episode 2 was soooo intense and graphics were imrpoved so that makes up for it. i reckon at one point we're gonna have to kill an advisor though in episode 3. I'm anticipating episode 3 so much now :D
