Xbox 360 Error Disc.

So I FINALLY get my Xbox 360 from Microsoft from the RROD repair so I boot up my 360 I put in CoD4 and I play for some mins and boom Error Disc come up and I clean it and play gain then a couple of more minutes boom again and then again. I know nothing is not wrong with it because it was replaced. Hpw can I fix this problem?

lol that sucks. its funny thats sounds kinda like what happend to my friend his xbox got the ring of death 4 of them and he had to send it away and all he plays on the xbox is halo 3 and when he got it back his halo 3 gamedisk wouldnt work lol.
