Well i was in my room checking my facebook, and suddenly i hear people screaming and ambulances. I looked out the window and i saw a car and a bike and someone lying on the ground.
My sister and i ran out and wanted to see what happened, i saw some guy sprawled up on the asphalt, his head cracked, and blood everywhere. I could almost see his brain!
And then i read about the accident in the newspaper and it said "Another death on sheikh maktoums street"
It turns out that when i was away for the summer some guy was racing while he was tipsy, and crashed into one of my neighbors' fence, and apparently smashed his face right in the brick wall.

Discuss?

nasty way to see someone in that state. Its not pretty at all. I saw my Grandma suffering an hour right before she died...

the fortunate thing is that it was someone that you didnt know. =/

Actually, it was one of my acquaintances.
I knew him enough to get an invitation to the funeral.
Didn't feel sad though.

i wonder what it mean by "another death"

i'd be concerned if it happened more than once.

So.. you saw the aftermath, just not the real accident?

:\

And you almost saw his brain?! O_O

Holy *beep* dude.. D:

I used to live next to a retirement home, and every once or so offen someone will die or have a stroke or something and the ambulances will always be there at least 3 times a month. :\

I didn't see my Grandad suffer.

He had a stroke while eating his dinner and died.
I think that that was the best way for him to go because if he had revovered, he wouldn't know who I was D:

it would depend on how bad the stroke could affect you, since they affect people in different ways. although getting a stroke in the first place isnt good either

Yeah, it really sucks when a family member or close friend dies.

Especially when you see them die... :/

True.

Some people have very VERY small strokes, and you can't even feel it, nor does it matter.

It's probably a lot of people, it's just that they don't feel anything, and don't go to the doctor soon enough to realize, "I had a stroke, omfg."

My great grandma had a stroke, and she has all her memory, excluding what she had already forgotten.

I used to live at an apartment complex and some guy shot another guy in the head. Gangs and drugs, bad place.
But to this VERY day, you can still see the stained blood mark on the cement.
This was like....five years ago.

OMG HIS BEAUTIFUL FACE!!!

*on topic*
Dude that really sucks man. I feel sorry for him even though he's dead. I almost crashed into a car too (The car wasn't gonna crash into me, I was gonna crash into the car. He braked, I went at fast speeds and almost crashed into him.) And damn it's scary as hell!

But seriously I feel sorry for your loss.

May he rest in peace.
