I would think since it's talking about my friends technological incompetence after I made him a program he requested, it belongs in tech discussion, and if it in wrong section, why wouldn't it be moved and not locked?

So, because someone spams epic fail on my thread, it's my maul and my thread gets locked?

and I would have pmed a mod if they would have posted as to why it was locked, and no thread would have been made.
